For example, is your marketplace supply or demand constrained; which type of marketplace are you; which side of the marketplace should you focus on; and much more. At the end you will get an audit document that includes the following: \- Detailed account of what type of marketplace your business is \- Growth levers and product suggestions to maximize liquidity \- LTV and CAC analysis helping you to define target CAC and payback period \- Metric and reporting suggestions \- Solutions, hires and vendors for particular areas of the business \- Custom requests based on initial consultation Additional analysis/suggestions can be added for: \- Trust and Safety \- SEO \- Performance Marketing \- Financial Planning and Analysis \- Community Development \- Sales The process takes 30 days to complete and get to know the business. First step is a 2-hour long call to interview you about your business and understand areas of particular interest or concern. Subsequent meetings include a 2 and 3-week checkin to share results on an ongoing basis. This is a collaborative process and the best outcomes happen when the team is readily available to meet and share insights and data. Data access is required to make the audit a success.
